Organisation charts

How do i insert an organisation chart in Word?

RE: Organisation charts

Hi Kelly

You can do this from the Drawing toolbar. If the Drawing toolbar is not showing on your screen, go to View - Toolbars - Drawing to turn on.

Click the Insert Diagram or Organisation chart button to launch the organisation chart option. This button is next to the blue 'A' button that inserts WordArt.

Thanks for your question.

Word tip:

Reset Word toolbars to default settings

If you find any of your toolbars in Word have changed (i.e. they are missing or have extra buttons) then you can reset them to their defaults.

1. Go to Tools - Customise.
2. Select the Toolbars tab.
3. Select (highlight) the name of the toolbar you wish to reset, then click the Reset button on the right.
4. Close the dialogue box.
