Watermarks

Can you have the watermark on a document without having it on the first page? I have tried to use section breaks but cannot find how to omit the first page!

RE: Watermarks

Hello Julia

Yes you can have a Watermark in a document without it showing on the first page.

After creating your Watermark one way is

1. Edit the Header by double clicking at the top of the document.
2. Then tick the option 'Different First Page'
3. Select the watermark graphic on the first page and press delete or cut.

This removes the Watermark from the first page.

Another way, as you tried, is to create a Section break.
1. Edit the Header by doubclicking at the top of the page.
2. Select 'Next Section' to move to Section 2.
3. Click and switch off Link to Previous.
4. Return to the first Section and choose right click, Cut.

This will remove the Watermark from the first Section but not from the others.

Hope that does it!

RE: Watermarks

Thank you. Used the second option and it worked. Julia
