How can I print a whole workbook and set it to have a landscape page setting in one step rather than changing each sheet to the landscape setting?
RE: Printing workbooks
Hello Kate,
Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Excel Intermediate course with Best STL.
Thank you for your question regarding printing workbooks.
Before selecting the print option or going to print preview you can select all the worksheets by grouping them. Select the first sheet and then hold down the SHIFT key and click the last sheet. Go to the Page Layout ribbon and in the Page Setup group click the Orientation button. Here you can change the orientation to landscape which will apply to all the worksheets. To ungroup the sheets right-click any sheet tab and select Ungroup Sheets.
Now click the Office button and click the Print option. In the Print dialog box select Entire Workbook in the Print What area and then whatever other settings you require.
Give this a try!
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?
Have a great day.
