Placing meetings into the project plan

How do I place meetings that occur once every three months on to the project plan. I want to place the meetings as a task, but have one task punctuated throughout the project plan with that meeting being held once every three months.

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Placing meetings into the project plan

Hi Tasfin

Thank you for your question.

You can reschedule recurring meetings by going to Insert - Recurring tasks in the Gantt chart view.

I hope this answers your question.

RE: Placing meetings into the project plan

Thank you for your response. Is there any way of placing a recurring meeting at odd occaisions on the gantt chart. ie not every month or week etc, it could be six weeks and then 3 weeks and four weeks etc.
