Automated output from Access 2007 database

I have a query in the DB producing output in percentages for 19 geographical areas. I need to produce 19 reports using the data in this query - same information per area. Preferable output in Excel but can be PDF if Excel not possible. Do I need to use arrays to produce the automated reports - how do I go about that? And how do I define Excel output?

RE: Automated output from Access 2007 database

Hi Marta

Thanks for your post and details of what you would like to do. For these types of requests we need to look beyond the scope of this forum.

We would ask you to forward us some examples for the files you are using with further guidance on what you want to do. We can then review and see if a solution is available.

If so we will advise on what development time we will require and estimated costs.

I will email you direct should you wish to discuss this further.

Kind regards

Jacob

Access tip:

Create An Inaccessible Field On A Form

There is sometimes a need to make a field in a form look like a normal field but be completely inaccessible to the user. To do this:

In the Field's Properties
Set the ENABLED property to No
Set the LOCKED property to Yes

The field will not grey out, but the user will not be able to do anything with it.
