Thank you for your question. Pivot tables work from one source so it's better to merge the multiple sheets into one sheet before pivoting. You may wish to apply a table format to the data to remove duplicates.

Just want to say thanks very much for your great tuition over the past 2 days!
I really enjoyed the course and feel it was a huge benefit to the work which i will be doing at Badoo.
I'm sure i will be in touch for help as there are things i need to practice but I have definitely learned a lot already.
