Is it possible to link office outlook to an access database?

RE: Access; For Anthony Malone's attention

Hi Rakhee, thanks for your query. It is indeed possible to connect Outlook to Access - Outlook itself is just a database and has a "Get External Data" option within it. Have a look at the forum link below, there is a walkthrough of how to achieve it:

Hope this helps,

Anthony

Access tip:

Convert A Form Into A Report

If there is a form that you want to to save as a report:

1. Open that form in Design View
2. Select File and Save As
3. In the Save As Dialog box Select Report

The system creates a report based on the form.
