Assigning a % of a resource to an activity

Hi
I have created an activity and have assigned a resource and when I enter a percentage in the units column in % to 2 decimal points it rounds up to the nearest whole number. Is there any way that I can change this to show 2 decimal points.
Thanks,
G

RE: Assigning a % of a resource to an activity

Hi Gar-yun

Thank you for your question. The rounding occurs because MS Project is converting values to and from minutes (the unit it works with in the background). You may find you get more precision by using minutes as your own default unit - you can set this in Tools > optons > schedule but it will make the plan tricky to read/maintain.

Kind regards,
Andrew
