RE: training course

Hi Lorraine, thanks for your query and welcome to the forum. I'm afraid the admin team have pointed out its far more expensive for us to print individual copies as a business than it is for an individual to print a single copy at a print shop so no can do, I'm afraid. Sorry about that, but I hope the digital copy proves useful at least. Let me know if you need any further Excel assistance or if there is anything else we can do for you.

All the best,

Anthony

RE: PowerPoint training course

Hi Anthony - thanks for coming back to me. No problem I will put on a stick and get printed off. The PP shortcuts are really useful as with the rest of the material sent through. I just wanted to thank you for a really well run class and being so professional in helping each attendee throughout the day and making them feel more confident in learning PowerPoint as this can be the hardest obstacle to overcome. I would definitely recommed Best STL to anyone looking to update their software skills.

Regards,

PowerPoint tip:

Embedding fonts in a presentation

If you create a PowerPoint presentation which is likely to be viewed on other computers, there can be problems with displaying the font/s you have used in your presentation when it is opened on other machines.

You can embed the fonts you use in your presentation in order to try and get around this issue.

When you go to save your presentation (File - Save as), go to the Tools button at the top of the Save As dialogue box and select Save Options. Under 'Font options for current document only', tick the Embed TrueType fonts option, then select the secondary option underneath that applies best to your situation.

Click OK, then Save.
