Hi Bhavna. You can't change the 2003 interface into a ribbon, I'm afraid - but you can download products which will add back the 2003 classic style menu to the 2007 ribbon. Here is one link:

...which as you can see wants you to buy the software. However, freeware versions of this software are out there if you Google for them, just be sure to virus check anything you download.
If you are having problems with the 2007 interface have you got the copy of the Visual tour which shows you were everything lives in 2007 if you know where it was in 2003? It should be part of the zip file you received after the course.
