how do I insert animation into slides?

RE: animation

Hi Vivien,

Thank you for your question.

To insert animation into your slides you can highlight your text box and use the menu "Slide Show", go down to "Custom Animation" in the task pane you will see a button that says "Add an effect", here you can scroll through lots of different types of animation you could add to your slides.

Hope that helps

Tracy

PowerPoint tip:

Close a presentation with a keyboard shortcut

A quick way to close a presentation in Powerpoint is to use Control+W.

You may be prompted to save changes, and you can press S to do this.

You won't need to use the mouse, and it is easier if you are using the keyboard to use a keyboard shortcut.
