Can you link data between two workbooks?

Hi Diana,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Navigate to the workbook where you would like the data linked to, click into a cell and type=

Then switch to the other workbook and double click on the cell that needs to be linked and then press enter.

Hiding and unhiding rows using the keyboard

CTRL + 9 hides your columns and CTRL + SHIFT + ( unhides them although you would need to highlight the row letters either side as per normal
