Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Are you referring to having a dropdown arrow in a cell that you can select an item from; or having an additional menu item on the menu bar at the top of the Excel screen?

Find cells that match a format

In Excel you may wish to find cells that contain a specific formatting such s colour.

Select Edit > Find, click on Options and then Format...choose the formatting that you want found and click on OK

Choose one of the Find buttons to find.
