Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

This task is not possible using Project 2003. However if you want the tasks visible in your Outlook calendar, you can export them to Excel and then use Outlook to import the tasks so they appear on your calendar.

If you had Project Server installed as well as Project Professional then there is a lot more interaction between your Project plan and Outlook.
