Thank you for attending Outlook 2007 Introduction course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
If you send an email to lots of people and want only read receipt from certain individual/s then please follow these steps:
1. Choose Tools > Rules and Wizards from the Menu bar
2. Choose the Start from a blank rule
3. Choose the Check messages after sending. Press Next button
4. Select send to people or distribution list. Choose the people you want to receive the read receipt from. Press Next button
5. Check the notify me when it is read. Press Next button
6. If there are any exceptions then please specify them and press Next.
Press Finish
