can you use words in conditional formatting?

Yes, but only an exact word

ie: and

to ensure that your or other users only use exact words (as even a trailing space wouldn't work) use it in combination with data --> validation which can supply a little pulldown list of text to choose from.

Data validation is also useful for other times when words must be very exact, like with SumIf.

Here's how to move or copy sheets between workbooks in Excel 2010:

Open the sheet you want to move or copy then on the Ribbon click the Home tab. Click Format. Under Organize Sheets, select the option Move or Copy Sheet and then choose where you want the sheet to be moved/copied to.
