Hi Dalila,

Thank you for your question.

To amend a macro you have recorded, go to Tools, Macro and then Macros.

Select the macro you want to amend and click Edit. This will open up the Visual Basic window and you can then make your changes.

What is a Drop Cap?

A Drop Cap is a way of enlarging the font of the first letter of a new paragraph.

And here's how you do it:

Click in the paragraph, then click the Insert tab on the Ribbon, select the option Drop Cap and this will bring up a list of choices so you can choose the style you want.
