Excel Versions - VBA

I am considering taking one of the VBA courses but was wondering what the difference is between the 2002, 2003 and 2007 excel with regards to VBA (my company currently uses 2002, however we will be upgrading to 2007 in the future). Which would be the best course to take?

Excel tip:

COUNT function vs COUNTA function

The COUNTA function works in the same way as the COUNT function, except that it will count cells that contain text (labels) and also cells that contain numbers (values). The COUNT function will only count cells that contain numbers. Blank cells are not counted by either the COUNT or the COUNTA function.
