How do I assign Red, amber, Green indicators in projects?

RE: MS project

Hi Garry,

Thank you for your question.

Graphical indicators can be added to custom fields. From the Tools menu choose Customize > Fields. The top of the dialogue box lets you pick which category of custom fields you want to work with. At the bottom of the dialogue box you can click on Graphical Indicators and set a test based on the value to be stored in the field. Alongside each test you can then set a graphical symbol to be displayed when the test is passed.

We cover this in more detail on our advanced course. You can further information on-line at:
https://www.stl-training.co.uk/project-2007-advanced.php

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
