How do I access other people's calendars in Outlook?

RE: Outlook

Dear Helen

Thank you for attending Vision Introduction course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

Normally the person whose calendar you want to share has to allow you to share their calendar. Once they have given permission then you can choose open shared calendar and you will be able to share the calendar.

Normally the calendar you may see as shared calendar could have been set up by your technical team.

If you try to open a calendar which you do not have the right to share an error message will appear on the screen.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
