how do i use my data in a spreadsheet and transfer it to a graph

RE: graphs in excell

Hi Jane

Thank you for your question. A quick way to make a graph is to click in the data to be visualised and press the F11 key. Your graph will be generated in a sheet of its own.

Alternatively click in the data and from the Insert menu choose Chart. The Chart wizard takes you through the process of building your graph.

I hope this helps let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew

Excel tip:

Deleting a range of cells using the autofill handle

Firstly, select the range of cells for which you would like to clear the contents. Then drag the autofill handle to the the top left corner of the selection whilst holding down the shift key. Your selected contents should then be deleted.
