Printing comments

Is it possible to print out comments that you have added to certain cells

RE: Printing comments

Hello Aliye

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

I think this is possible, if you do the following:

1. For any comments you wish to see when the spreadsheet is printed, right-click on the cell and select Show/Hide comment.

2. Go to File - Page Setup - Sheet, and select As displayed on sheet from the dropdown list next to Comments.

3. Print.

I hope this helps.

Excel tip:

DATEDIF function

The DATEDIF function is a worksheet function that computes the difference between two dates. This function is documented only in the help files for Excel 2000. It isn't documented in Excel 2002.
the formula function is:
=DATEDIF(Your age,Today(),"Y")
Y stands for year
