I've imported an Mpeg into my Powerpoint presentation which plays perfectly on my computor. I've emailed it to two collegues and when it reaches the movie page it doesn't play. Can you give me any hints as to why as I need to play this off a colleagues lap top.

Hi Anna
You will need to copy both the PowerPoint presentation and the movie file into a folder, then re copy the movie file into the presentation and then email the folder to your colleagues. That should work

PowerPoint tip:How to create an invisible HyperlinkDraw a shape onto your slide covering the text you would want to use as your hyperlink. Insert your hyperlink on the shape, but then go the the paint bucket and choose no fill and then go the line colour and choose no line. |
