how to clear formatting of existing document and re-format?

RE: formatting

Hi Clive,
Thank you for your question:
In reply: the quickest way to clear all formatting from an existing document is to:
Select all - CTRL+A then press CTRL+Spacebar
You can then re-format as required.
I hope that helps .... Pete

Word tip:

Removing unused toolbar buttons in Word

Are there buttons on your Word toolbars that you never use? Remove them from the toolbar by doing the following:

1. Go to Tools - Customise - Commands.
2. Select the toolbar button you wish to remove, then use your mouse to drag and drop the button into the Word window. When you release your finger from the mouse, the button will disappear.
