Can Macros be used where some of the information is on an access database? Like doing envelopes with the details in access???

You can surely use macro's in which the data comes from other sources - i would suggest you go through and record the macro, then test the macro to make sure it works. NB: if it doesn't work just reply to this post but make sure you follow your macro procedure to the letter
