Thanks for your post - sorry for my late response

The easiest way to set up macros is by recording them - to do this you will need to have the file open that you want the macro in

Then go to the tools menu macro -then record new type the name of your macro the choose where you want the macro stored i.e this file then click ok

NB: make sure your take your time and follow your procedure to the T as macros are procedure based
