How do you import an Excel document into a Word Document?

To import an excel document into a Word document, you have to be in Word, click on the Insert Menu and go down to the option that says "Object" you will get a dialog box come up that you have to scroll down and choose the option that is Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (or excel chart depending on what you want). Then you can click ok and it will appear on your sheet.
