How do i make and record macros?

RE: macros

Hi Alex

Thank you for your question.

To record a macro you select Macros from the Tools menu and select Record a New Macro. You then complete the tasks you want recorded and the select Stop Recording from Tools / Macro menu.

It will record every minor thing you do so it might take a few records to get it correct and useable.

If you want to explore the programming in Word some more we can provide training so please do phone the office to discuss it further.

Please let me know how you get on.
