Meeting Room Booking
If there are 2 meetings, booked for the same time in a shared calendar (eg public folders)how do I know which was created first and therefore has the right to use the room?
RE: Meeting Room Booking
Hi Peju
There is a way of checking which of the two meetings was created first.
One of the hidden fields in any outlook form is the Created field.
So to see which meeting was entered first do the following:
1. In the Calendar folder change the view to Active Appointments
2. Right click the field headings area (eg b]End[/b]). Click Field Chooser in the menu that appears
3. The Field Chooser dialog box appears. Drag the Created field onto the field header area.
You will now be able to view which of the two meetings was created first.
The Created field remains in the Active Appointments view until its removed.
You can then change between the Daily and Active Appointments views whenever you wish.
Hope this helps
Carlos
