RE: work book - Password Protection!!

Dear Ajay

Thank you for attending Excel 2007 Intermediate course.

I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

To password protect your Excel file in 2007 you have to go to your save As dialog box.

In the save As Dialog box you'll notice there will be Tools Button either on the bottom left hand coner or Top Right hand corner.

Please click on the drop down arrow and choose General options. Type the password you wish to set for the file. You can set different passwords; one for opening and one for modifying the file. You will be asked to re-enter the password.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REMEMEBR YOUR PASSWORD OTHERWISE IT CAN BECOME VERY VERYT DIFFICULT TO OPEN YOUR OWN FILES!!

I hope this helps!!

Please mark this post as resolved if it has helped you in answering the question!!

Many thanks

Kindest Regards
