RE: Time management

Hello Kevin,

Hope you enjoyed your Time management course with BEST Training.
Thank you for your question regarding managing and re-arranging an already chaotic schedule.

By using simple techniques like planning, scheduling and prioritising, you will be able to come up with a plan that gives your day and work life structure. Purely because you have a plan, and have been through the process of making it, you will not only feel more in control of your day, you actually will be.

The other great technique is to say "no" more often. there are effective ways to do so, if you remember the PAUSE process we went through on the day, that will give you a great way of responding to requests for your time.

Hope that answers your question.

Have a great day.
Regards,

Richard

Management Training tip:

Setting To Do Lists

Improve your time management techniques by writing down your daily to do list for that day on the previous evening. You then don't have to get up and wonder "what do I need to do today" - you just hit the ground running.
