Formatting reports

In access reports, how do I wrap the text to ensure i see all the contents. Also, does access allow predictive text, so if you type a word that has already been entred, the system would predict the word and spell it for you.

RE: Formatting reports

Hi sarah

Thank you for your question

If you set the "can grow" and "can shrink" properties of the text boxes and the detail section of the report to yes, the height of the text box will grow with the data, effectivelly wrapping the text.

As to predictive text, the only thing I can suggest is that you use combo boxes. When you type in a combo box, the text will be completed to match any items in the field.

Regards

Stephen
