Tasks in Outlook

Is there a way of changing the order your tasks appear in on the Outlook Today front screen?
At the moment they are displayed with the future tasks at the top, I would like it to show the tasks with the most recent date first so I know what is upcoming.
I can change the order in the Task file but when you return to the Outlook Today screen the order changes back.
Thanks.

RE: Tasks in Outlook

Hi Esther

Outlook Today has its own viewing settings.

So to sort the Tasks view in Outlook Today do the following:

1. In Outlook Today, click Customize Outlook Today

2. In the Tasks section, click to select either All Tasks or Today's Tasks. You may also want to select "Include tasks with no due date."

3. Click to select the desired criteria in the Sort my task list by list box, and click either Ascending or Descending.

If you want to further sort the tasks, click to select additional criteria in the "then by" list box, and click either Ascending or Descending.

4. Click Save Changes on the Customize Outlook Today bar.

Hope this helps

Carlos
