Why do meetings sometimes drop out of calendars, meaning that they cannot be updated and a new meeting request has to be sent out. If this is for a recurring meeting it causes extra problems in that recipients often send later changes to their responses using the incorrect meeting, so responses do not appear in the originator's calendar.
