Sorry for the delay in answering this question.

To create an Appointment in Outlook:

1. Open the Calendar view and find the date where thwe new appointment is being created

2. To open a new appointment click the New Appointment button or double click the calendar next to the time required.

3. On the New Appointment window enter the appointment Subject. The Location is optional

4. Verify that both the date and time of the appointment are correct. Change them if needed

5. Set your status as
