Hi Sarah
Items in the Deleted Items folder remain there until the folder is emptied by you.
However you can set up the computer to empty this folder every time you close Outlook. To do this:
1. In the Tools menu select Options
2. In the Options dialog box select the Other tab
3. Tick the
