Slide sorter view

If PowerPoint seems to have blocked the access route, which should mean that when you are in the slide sorter view you can double click on a slide and go straight through to the 'normal view', what can be done?

thanks!

RE: slide sorter view

Hi Julie, Thank you for your post, I understand your question and what you are asking, but cannot seem to make it recreate on my pc. I can only suggest that there could be something not quite right with your installation of PowerPoint. however does using the quick view buttons at the foot of the left hand side of the screen return you to Normal View (tri-pane), if it does not then I would suggest a re-installation of Microsoft Office or at least the PowerPoint part, best luck, I hope that helps, best regards Pete.

PowerPoint tip:

Blank The Screen During a Presentation

You sometimes need eye-to-eye contact with your audience, so to remove the temptation of the presentation screen behind you, blank out the screen.

Ctrl+B blacks the screen out, and use it again to continue.

Ctrl+W whites the screen, but be careful not to use this in a dark room. You may blind your audience with a strong white light.
