How can I add cells quickly without typing in each indivdual cell?

RE: Excel 2007

Hi Jacob

thank you for coming on the course hope you enjoyed things

Now the answer to your question is as follows, you can do this by using a fill command which will help you out. To do this make sure you have the cell you want to copy down or accross, then move to the bottom right hand corner of the cell where the black box is, then click and drag to fill the formula down

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please click reply or post it as a new question and we should be able to answer that!!

Hope this helps you

Many Thanks
