can an appointment be entered in two calender

RE: calender

Hello Nazmin,
I hope you enjoyed your Word and Outlook training sessions with us.

In response to your question, an appointment can be entered into more than one calendar. The easiest way to do this is to send a meeting request to the other person or people who should have this appointment in their calendars. Once they accept your meeting request, it will be in their calendars as well as yours, and any changes you make to your appointment will be sent to them as well.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved. If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. And please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Have a great day.

Regards,
Mara
