Excel-based interactive web page

How do I ensure that a spreadsheet remains updated once it has been published on the web?

RE: Excel-based interactive web page

Hello David,
I hope you enjoyed your training sessions with us.

To answer your question, when you are saving your worksheet/workbook as a web page, follow these steps to ensure your data will always be updated:

1. Open or select the workbook that contains the items you want to publish.
2. On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.
3. Click Publish.
4. Under Item to publish, click what you want to publish in the Choose box.
5. Next to the File name box, click Browse, and locate the drive, folder, Web folder, Web server, or FTP location where you want to save or publish your Web page.
6. Tick the "AutoRepublish every time this workbook is saved" check box.
7. Click Publish.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved. If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. And please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Have a great day.

Regards,
