What is the easiest way to de-dupe records (if you don't have a primary key?)

How can you set fields so that the answer can only be one of two choices?

RE: MS Access

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for your post, In answer to your questions; It is not easy to dedupe (remove duplications) without a primary key, however there is a propriety piece of software which will undertake this task quite easily for you, As this is third party software no responsibility for this software is accepted, however I would recommend that you only try this on a backup of your database, until you are satisfied with the results. The website is www.winpure.co.uk ;
In answer to the second part of your post, if you just require Yes/No, True/False, On/Off etc then you should use a Yes/No field which creates a tick box, tick for Yes, no tick for No. I hope that helps. best regards Pete.
