Hi Caroline

To import a chart from Excel to Powerpoint do the following:

1. In Excel highlight and copy the chart

2. In powerpoint go to the relevant slide and Open Edit, Click Paste Special

3. Tick the Link box (if you want the chart linked to the spreadsheet, to reflect any changes made in the Excel file)

4. Click OK

This will paste the Excel chart into the PowerPoint presentation.
