Can I put the training disc into an applemac computer

RE: Powerpoint

Hi Jayne,

I have not tried this myself, but I have been informed by a colleague that you should be fine to open the documents on a mac.

Essentially if it is an MS Office document you should be OK to open it in windows and on a mac as long as you have the correct software, i.e. MS Office. The same theory should apply to pdf's etc.

Hope this helps
David

PowerPoint tip:

Getting animations to play in slide show view

If you have a presentation that you know contains animations, but they are not playing in slide show view, try the following:

1. Go to Slide Show - Set up Show.

2. In the 'Show options' section of the dialogue box that appears, check to see if the box next to 'Show without animation' has been checked.

3. Remove the check and click OK - you should now be able to see the animations play in slide show view.
