Hi Katy,
Thanks for your question.
I think FREEZE PANES will solve your problem.
- 1. Select the first data on top left corner of your table
2. select WINDOW menu > FREEZE PANES
That should fix both top rows & left column, you can then scroll to see other data with the labels remain as the reference.
