how do you create pivot tables?

RE: Create a Pivot Table

Dear Rifat,

Thanks for your question.

The following steps will help you in creating a pivot table:

    1. Locate the data source table first
    2. Click any cell within the data table
    3. From the DATA menu
    4. Click PivotTable & PivotChart Report
    5. Press NEXT, Confirm Data region, Press NEXT again.
    6. Choose either generating the table on a new sheet or on the same sheet
    7.click on FINISH

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Katie
