What is the best way to fit a speardsheet on one page while printing without breaking it up.

RE: Printing

Hi Nour

you can try this to see if it produces the results you are looking for. From the file menu, choose page setup, and on the page tab choose Fit to 1 page tall by 1 page wide. Excel will fit the contents to the page for you.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Excel tip:

Wrapping Text in a Cell in an Excel 2010 Workbook

When you have a lot of text you want to put in a particular cell but you can't decrease the font size to fit because the text will then become ineligible, then manually wrap the text in a cell by simply pressing ALT+ENTER.
