Deleting Page Breaks

I find it really difficult to delete page breaks, can someone please advise how to do this.

Thank You

RE: Deleting Page Breaks

You can delete a page break in several different ways.

If you are working in Print Layout View, then you should position your cursor at the beginning of the page you want to delete and press BACKSPACE key.

If your cursor is at the end of the page and you want to delete the next page, just press DELETE key.

If you are still finding it difficult to delete the appropriate page break, then select View menu, Normal, then you will see all the page breaks in your document.

Just place your cursor on the page break you want to remove and press DELETE key.

Word tip:

Moving Tabs where you want

This is a Word only tip.

When you are moving tabs using the ruler the pain is that they jump, but if you use the ALT key and then click on the tab it will allow you to move it anywhere you want.

The best bit about this shortcut is that when you press the ALT key the ruler changes and show's you actual tab margin sizes.
