Can you create vector shapes in photoshop?

RE: photoshop

Hi David,

Yes you certainly can.

As you probably know, vector graphics are different from raster graphics in a lot of ways. A vector graphic is a mathematical definition of an image. This means you can resize vector graphics without losing quality.

This is also why logos should be made using vector graphics. eg. A logo on a packet of matches and a logo on a billboard each need to be precise and crisp.

Hope this helps. And hope you enjoyed your Dreamweaver training the other day too.

Regards, Rich
