Print

how do I print

RE: print

Hi Gladstone, thank you for the post, In answer to your question, to print one copy of the Sheet once to the default printer, click the Print button on the Standard toolbar, for other options use the File menu File, Print and from the print dialog box, make your choices as to how many copies, which printer etc etc. To print just a portion of the sheet; select the area in your spreadsheet to print, from the File Menu choose File, Print Area, Select Print Area; then follow the Print method above, this will only print the selected area. I hope that helps, regards Pete.

Excel tip:

Shortcut for deleting all comments in a spreadsheet

If you have entered multiple comments into a spreadsheet and wish to delete them all at once, you can achieve this by:

1. Holding down Ctrl, then Shift, then O - this will select all cells containing comments in the worksheet you are looking at.

2. Right-clicking on one of the selected cells, and selecting Delete Comment from the menu that appears.

3. Clicking anywhere else in the spreadsheet to deselect comments - all comments should have disappeared from the spreadsheet.
