Outlook Introduction course

Hi there,

Just a quick question about the Outlook Summary page. During my tutorial I added "Notes" as folder to be shown on the summary page. Despite having 2/3 notes saved in Outlook, it always says that there are none on the summary page.

Why is this?

Kind regards,

Christina

RE: "Notes" summary on Outlook Summary

Dear Christiana

Thanks for your question, it has had us scratching our heads! Can you just confirm that this happens to you at work or when you attended the course?

Also, could you actually see the notes folder in the Outlook Summary page?

Rgds

Jacob

RE: "Notes" summary on Outlook Summary

It happened on the course and still happens now! In Outlook Today/summary, on the third column 'Messages' it shows Inbox, drafts, outbox and notes. Notes is ALWAYS 0, even if I write a new one. It's not the end of the world, just seems a bit strange.

Kind regards,

Christina
